- 1.5 oz Seventh Heaven Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sparkling wine or champagne
- Star anise
- Lemon twirl
- Ice cubes
steps
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer.
- Shake all ingredients over ice (apart from the sparkling wine or champagne) in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the shaker’s content into the chilled champagne flute, and top with the sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with a star anise and a lemon zest.
