• 1.5 oz Seventh Heaven Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine or champagne
  • Star anise
  • Lemon twirl
  • Ice cubes


  1. Chill a champagne flute in the freezer.
  2. Shake all ingredients over ice (apart from the sparkling wine or champagne) in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour the shaker’s content into the chilled champagne flute, and top with the sparkling wine or champagne.
  4. Garnish with a star anise and a lemon zest.
