  • 1.5 oz Seventh Heaven Dry Gin
  • 1.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 lime wheel
  • Ice cubes

steps

  1. Add the Seventh Heaven Dry Gin, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and the juice of a lime wedge into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Remove the ice from shaker.
  3. Add 6 mint leaves and shake again with no ice.
  4. Strain the chilled mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
